The hotel is nicely located in Normandie-Le Havre coast, close to the train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but some aspects like the old bed settee and lack of proper bedding were not ideal. The service was helpful and friendly, making arrangements for special occasions. The location is excellent for exploring Normandy, but it's not central. The dining options seemed good, though we didn't have a chance to try the restaurant. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor room issues.
I had a comfortable stay with plenty of storage space for clothes. The service was exceptional, especially in helping me organize an anniversary cake for my friend. The hotel's location was excellent for exploring Normandy, although parking was a bit tricky. The dining experience was good, and the facilities were satisfactory.
